We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer a simple and stress-free returns policy in the event that you are not.
Exchanges or Refunds. Provided the item is within 60 days of receipt of your order and is in ‘as new’* condition you can return it to us for either a full refund or exchange. This exchange can be either for the same product but in a different size or colour, or for an entirely different product altogether. In the case of an exchange for an alternative product, assuming a difference in price, we will either refund you the difference or take additional payment. Please follow the instructions under ‘Returns Procedure’ below.
* the product must be unworn and in a re-sellable condition with all swing tickets attached. In instances where a product shows obvious signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty. If you have damaged your product in an accident, or through sustained and long-term use, then please contact us as it is likely that we’ll be able to repair it for you at a small charge.
If a faulty item has been worn it must be clean and freshly laundered before being returned. All dirty or unwashed worn garments will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Faulty Goods. Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the discretion of the Level Peaks Customer Services team following evaluation. Where economically viable, we will always seek to repair an item, at our cost, as a first resort. In instances where this is impractical we will then opt to swap your faulty product with a like-for-like replacement. In the event that we are out of stock, we will refund you the cost of the product in full. In all instances where manufacturing faults are identified, the customer’s return postage costs will be refunded.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer or as a bundle, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/bundle threshold or conditions, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

Any UK orders placed before 3pm will qualify for 48hr delivery. We aim to deliver within this time but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, we may not make this time frame. Please allow an additional day before contacting us here at Level Peaks. [email protected]
For EU deliveries, please allow three days for delivery from the UK.
How to return
- Complete the returns form included with this package
- Place your items inside the courier bag you received your delivery in and seal using tape.
- Label the bag with the pre addressed label included in with the delivery
- Take the parcel to a Hermes Parcelshop. Your closest location can be found athttps://www.myhermes.co.uk/parcelshop-finder/
When returning your items from outside the UK, please use a local reliable delivery company and ensure the item/items are tracked. Use the returns form you received with your original delivery.

We ship free of charge to overseas British service personnel with a valid British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address. For personnel based outside the VAT territory of the EC, we are able to refund 20% VAT from the cost of sale upon receipt of a written order from your Commanding Officer (CO) confirming that you are based outside the EC. In some cases, BFPO addresses within the EC are eligible for zero-rating under Article 151 Principal VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. In these instances, a written order from your CO confirming eligibility will allow us to refund 20% VAT from the cost of sale.

“In the event of Brexit, if either Party considers that the consequences of Brexit materially increase the costs of it performing its obligations under this Agreement and/or reduces its income under this Agreement and/or otherwise adversely affects the benefit it derives from this Agreement, such Party may give notice to the other of the same, and shall promptly supply such details and evidence of such consequences as may reasonably be required by the other Party. Within fourteen (14) days of the other Party receiving such notice, the Parties shall discuss in good faith and agree whether any amendments are required to this Agreement as a result of Brexit, such that the provisions of this Agreement maintain the same overall balance of obligations, benefits, liabilities and risk between the Parties as applied at the date of this Agreement and/or if this cannot be achieved, then either party can bring the contract to an end. The Parties agree that the imposition of tariffs and other trade barriers relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and not in existence at the date of the Agreement shall be considered a change in the overall balance.”
“Brexit” means that during the Term of this Agreement pursuant to Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon the UK leaves the European Union.
